交作业--发个小小飙

原来刻pumpkin也有很多讲究,哪些部位要凿穿哪些地方要手下留情,下刀的深浅和方向,都影响了最后的光影效果
不过这些都是刻完了才体会到的。。。。
懒得一一陈述败笔所在了,容许我继续得意一会儿吧~~

月饼干?

 
好不容易鼓起勇气捣鼓了一天,结果做好的月饼硬的能把牙硌掉
出炉的时候巨兴奋地先拿两块给邻居家小孩,
回来尝完一口才知事情不妙,火速奔去道歉+叮嘱邻居小心慢用,把人汗死
邻居也很好心,立马说国内的广式月饼考出来也都是这么硬的,搁几天就软了,才拿出去卖。。。
 
shoko吃完说,你这叫moon cracker,moon stone cracker,
那个硬啊,嚼起来嘎崩嘎崩的,磕在杯子上都是清脆的当当声
罢了以后再也不做月饼了

怎么可以这么闲。。。

突发奇想带了个本科生,竟然特别能干,
把活儿都做了,,,,,
现在的状态就跟在养老院差不多吧

相信每个人都经历了不少改变,但相聚的时候竟依然熟悉得如同回到当年,如梦境中一般,太多感动

怎么可以这么无聊。。。。
 
1. 蛋白4个,糖50克 -> 打成干性发泡
2. 色拉油48克,牛奶48克,糖10克,低粉80克,蛋黃4个,半个柠檬的汁 -> 打匀
3. 倒入面粉 -> 打匀 (全是用电动mixer打的... 懒... )
4. 1和2切拌均匀 -> 320F 烤约半个小时,看着点儿
5. 拿出来,趁热涂果酱,卷 -> 吃
 
肉末,蜂蜜,酱油,酒,醋,姜粉,腌
擀成片儿,350F(?)烤,看着点,拿出来,吃
